Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif ki taraf se bohot badi khushkhabri – CM Punjab Laptop Scheme Phase 2 2026 ab open hai! Yeh scheme undergraduate students ko free high-spec laptops (Core i7, 13th Gen wale) de rahi hai taake online learning, freelancing, research aur skills development asaan ho jaye. Phase 1 mein hazaron students ko laptops mile, ab Phase 2 mein aur zyada chance!
Important Update (February 2026):
- Application Portal Live hai: https://cmlaptophed.punjab.gov.pk/
- Last Date to Apply: 15 February 2026 (agar extend hui to official site pe check karen)
- Phase 1 Verified Students – Aapko dobara apply nahi karna! Aap auto-selected ho, laptops jaldi distribute honge. Phase 2 mein naye applicants ke liye hai.
Kaun Eligible Hai? (Eligibility Criteria – Full Details)
Yeh scheme sirf Punjab domicile walon ke liye hai. Must meet these:
- Domicile: Punjab province ka (agar nahi bana to apply karen ya receiving slip upload karen)
- Degree Level: Undergraduate (BS, DPT, DPharm etc.) – Sirf 1st ya 2nd Semester students (2025 admission wale). Higher semesters, Masters, PhD eligible nahi!
- Minimum Marks in Intermediate (FSc/FA etc.):
- General Public/Private Universities & Colleges: 65%+
- Medical & Dental Colleges: 80%+
- DVM (Veterinary): 75%+
- Public Sector Nursing Colleges: 65%+
- Institutions:
- All Public Sector Universities & Colleges (list official site pe check karen)
- Selective Private & Federal Universities (pehli baar include kiye gaye – site pe list dekhen)
- Public Medical/Dental/Nursing Colleges
- Private Colleges eligible nahi!
Agar aapki university/college list mein nahi to Higher Education Department ko email karen (details site pe).
Note: Pehle kisi govt scheme se laptop mila ho to ineligible. Merit mostly Intermediate marks pe based hai (CGPA nahi count hota new admissions mein).

Online apply karte waqt yeh upload karna hoga (clear photos/scans):
- CNIC front & back (18+ age walon ke liye must; under 18 B-Form ya smart card)
- Passport-size photo (professional, white/blue background)
- Intermediate Result Card / Certificate (agar final degree nahi mili to result card ok)
- Domicile Certificate (Punjab ka – agar nahi to apply slip upload karen)
- Equivalence Certificate (sirf A/O Level walon ke liye if applicable)
- Affidavit / E-Stamp Paper – Bohot important! Official sample site se download karen, e-stamp paper pe print karwayen, details fill karen, witness (non-family male, jaise teacher/friend) se sign karwayen aur upload karen. Fake ya wrong affidavit se reject ho sakta hai!
