Great news for families in Punjab! Alhamdulillah, the delivery of Nigahban ATM Cards under the historic Punjab Ramzan Nigehban Package has officially begun. CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif has announced that this massive Rs 40 billion initiative will provide financial help to over 4 million deserving families during Ramadan. The entire process is fully digital, transparent, and managed by PITB to ensure accountability at every step. Cards are being delivered to homes, and now beneficiaries need to activate them to withdraw the cash. To activate your Nigahban Card, you can visit any of the 160 dedicated activation centers set up by district administrations in every Tehsil. Alternatively, use more than 20,000 branchless banking outlets and agents of Bank of Punjab, including HBL Konnect, AlfaPay, and UBL Omni. These locations allow easy activation and instant cash withdrawal. Bank of Punjab ATMs are also available for the same purpose.

If you have already received your card, please get it activated as soon as possible so you can benefit during Ramadan. For any information, queries, or issues, call the dedicated helpline 08000-2345 – it’s toll-free and handled by PITB for guidance and complaints.

To check eligibility, registration status, or apply (if still open), visit the official portal at pser.punjab.gov.pk. If your card hasn’t arrived yet and you believe you are eligible, contact the helpline or your local Tehsil center right away. This is a month of mercy and compassion, and the Punjab government’s mission is to ensure no family feels alone during this blessed Ramadan.

Your right, delivered at your doorstep! InshaAllah, this assistance will reach every deserving person. May Allah bless everyone with ease and barakah this Ramadan.
