Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE), Islamabad has opened applications for Invigilator (supervisory staff) duties in SSC (Matric) and HSSC (Intermediate) Annual Examinations 2026.
These are part-time exam duties – you work only during exams in your own city/area.
Male and female candidates from all over Pakistan can apply.
Duty in your local exam centers – no travel far!
Why Apply?

Eligibility – Simple Requirements
- Age: Minimum 20 years (no upper limit mentioned).
- Education: At least Graduation (Bachelor’s degree – any field).
- Documents needed:
- CNIC copy (front & back).
- Passport size photo.
- All educational certificates (Matric, Inter, Graduation).
- Character certificate (from Federal Board affiliated college principal, or government officer BPS-16+).
- Skills: Honest, responsible, basic computer use for form.
- No experience needed, but if you have past invigilation, mention it.
Exam Schedule (Tentative)
- SSC (Matric) exams: Start from 31 March 2026.
- HSSC (Intermediate) exams: Start from 28 April 2026.
Duties during March to May 2026.

25 February 2026 (some sources say 14 Feb or 16 Feb – but latest is 25 Feb – check official site fast! Apply soon, time is short – about 3 weeks left from now).
How to Apply – Step by Step (Online Only)
- Go to official portal: https://nominations.fbise.edu.pk/form
- Fill personal info: Full name, CNIC, gender, date of birth, photo, CNIC copies.
- Add contact: Mobile (WhatsApp number), email.
- Select province, district, tehsil, current address.
- Bank details: Bank name, branch code, IBAN (24 digits), account title – very important for payment!
- Education: Select highest qualification (Graduation or higher), subject, university, passing year. Attach certificates (max 5MB – combine in one PDF if needed).
- Character certificate: Upload separately.
- Choose 3 preferred exam centers (closest to home first – search your area schools/colleges).
- Select job: Invigilator (you can also apply for Bank Inspector if interested).
- Answer if you have past experience (yes/no).
- Check declarations (bank details correct, info true).
- Submit form – you can track later with CNIC.
Tips:
- Use good internet and scan clear documents.
- IBAN must be correct – wrong details = payment delay or loss (your responsibility).
- Choose centers near home for easy duty.
- No application fee!
